You will find Mike hanging out at Langley Airport on BC's lower mainland. That just happens to be where many classic airplanes are located as well, which shouldn't be a surprise as Mike just happens to have one of his own (Stinson 108) and is given to working on others like Staggerwing Beeches and Pietenpols and Fairhild 24s. Mike Davenport writes for three recreational aviation magazines and some of the pages in his new book reprint a few of those articles along with some up to date adventures of flights to SUN 'N FUN, and the HOOD RIVER Fly in, and of course, OSHKOSH then and now. Many great illustrations and photos throughout.
Mike's book is a treat for pilots, engineers, classic rebuilders and aviation buffs of all stripes.
